What SeatSorted is
SeatSorted is a free, browser-based tool for creating seating charts. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Your plan, your responsibility
Your seating plan is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. That means we can't restore a plan that's lost when browser data is cleared, a device fails, or you switch computers. For anything important, keep a printed or PDF copy — the planner makes that a one-click job.
Acceptable use
Use SeatSorted for making seating charts and related planning. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, misuse shared plan links to expose other people's information, or use the site for anything unlawful.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site — our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for the free planner is nothing.
Content and ownership
The names and details you enter are yours. The SeatSorted site, design, and code are ours; don't republish them as your own. Charts you create and print are yours to use however you like.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves — for example if we add paid print packs. We'll update the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
