- Is SeatSorted free?
- Yes. Building and printing your seating chart is free, with no sign-up. Optional print packs (place cards, table numbers, high-resolution PDF) are the only paid extras.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Your plan is saved in your own browser, so you can return to it on the same device without signing in.
- Is my guest list uploaded anywhere?
- No. Nothing is sent to a server — the entire plan lives in your browser.
- Can I use it on my phone?
- Yes. You can add tables, seat guests, and print from a phone or tablet.
- How do I print or save a PDF?
- Use the Print / PDF button in the planner. It opens your browser’s print dialog, where you can print or choose “Save as PDF”.
- Can I make charts for non-wedding events?
- Absolutely. SeatSorted works for galas, banquets, conferences, parties, classrooms, and more.
